Choose on the site, send your order on WhatsApp, pay after we confirm — and get it at your hotel in Funchal or by post.
1. Add characters, t-shirts or sets to your bag — pick the format, colour and size.
2. Open the bag, choose how you want to receive it and press Send order via WhatsApp. The message is filled in for you.
3. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm availability, the total and the delivery date. Nothing is charged before that.
After our confirmation you pay by MB WAY or bank transfer. We issue an invoice for every order.
To your hotel in Funchal — tell us the hotel and your check-out date and we bring the order to reception.
By post in Portugal and Europe — tracked shipping. The cost depends on the size of the parcel and is confirmed in our reply, before you pay.
Pieces are embroidered in our atelier, so we always confirm the date before you pay.
You can return items that are not personalised within 14 days of receiving them. Pieces made to measure — with a name, a date or your own design — cannot be returned, unless they arrive with a defect.
Madeirinho is made by the Embroidery Madeira atelier, Rua das Amoreiras 9, 9060-390 Funchal — visits by appointment.
